Children policy:
- No additional charge (room only) for children up to 11 years old sharing room with parents if no extra bed required. (Maximum 2 children up to 11 years per room).
- Breakfast will be charged at US$7.00net/child from 5 up to 11 years old.
- Children from 11 years old up sharing room with parents will be required an extra bed at US$30.00net/bed/night.
- Free of charge for baby cot upon request.
Cancellation policy:
+ Cancellation, if any, should be made in writing and late cancellation charge will be debited from guest's credit card. Postpone of any confirmed reservation is considered as cancellation and the re-book of the postponed booking is treated as new reservation. In the case cancellation occurred, the following charges will be applied:
- Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival: 50% room revenue of one night for all room reserved will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival: 100% room revenue charge of one night for all room reserved will be applied.
- No-Show will be charged 100% of total room revenue (full length stay charge). This is also applied to early departure booking (shorter stay)
