Full moon festival

The Full Moon Festival is held on every 14th day of the lunar month, under the full moon, Hoi An becomes one big center stage where all the locals come out and participate in reviving the golden days of prosperity and folklore cultural activities.

The festival starts around 6.00pm when the whole of HoiAn town is lighted with only dainty lanterns and everyone takes a stroll on the old narrow streets absolutely free from the sound of vehicles engine. Visitors can walkabout to wherever they feel like.

  
 
 
 

Flower Garlandse Coloursed Lanterns at
Hoian Riverside Resort

To participate in this special event, Hoi An Riverside Resort is also offering something special for its guests. The swimming pool will transform into a garden of flotting chinese lanterns, nearby, on the banks of Do River the light and warmth of another flotilla of flowered lanterns will envelop you. And not too far from there, local Cham people are re-enacting their traditional dance.
Be sure to return back to the Resort before 10.00pm to catch the spectacle !

During its about 45 minutes to prepare & cook your food, you will be enjoyed your time & had a funny time with our esteemed professional Vietnamese Chef. After the Class, you will be very good & experienced at cooking Vietnamese food. Therefore, you must follow our finest program as below:

1. Visit the Hoi An Market
Any morning you can go to the Hoi An market by Cycle or Bicycle together with one of our Chefs. You will be surprised at the wide variety of local food products that they are sold there. Buy some, and the Chef will prepare it for your meal. Be early, though, as you leave the Resort at 6:00 am & return back at 7:30 am with hot Tea or Coffee.

2. Vietnamese Cooking
Learn how to prepare and cook your meal (Vietnamese Style). Our Chef will provide the recipes and give you all the necessary instructions & Guidance for all dishes, those are available in A La Carte Menu (For out of the A La Carte Menu, price its will be considered)
