The
Brother's Cafe has an area of 1.200 m2 next
to the Thu Bon River located on a quiet Hoi An street,
3-minute-walking distance from the center. The street side
consists of a French Style facade and on the other end is the
bank of the river.
The
riverbank location provides attractive views and the
opportunity of a large and quiet terrace with boat circulation
as an animation. The opposite bank is giving a typical rural
setting. The on-site coconut palms enhance the charm and quiet
aspect of the terrace.
It
is a Restaurant-Bar with a sitting capacity of 300-pax. This
is only the best one in Hoi An ancient town to cater for
high-class guests and also for low budget backpackers with
reasonable prices. This restaurant caters to outside clientele
as well as in-house guests. Such demand would be generated at
lunchtime by tourists and tour groups visiting Hoi An for the
day and at all meal periods by overnight visitors from other
hotels and, potentially, local clientele.
The
first floor with a capacity of 60 seats of this Old Building
will be optionally used as a function, conference room for
congress or as seminars and meetings for groups accommodated
at Hoi An Riverside Resort. |
